Easter Island Caves: Inside a Small Cavern of RapaNui

During a tourist trip to Easter Island (Rapa Nui) in the Southern Pacific Ocean, my wife and I discovered a hidden location, thanks to a recommendation from a local Chilean taxi driver. He suggested that we enter a peculiar small cavern and handed us a pair of flashlights. He also informed us that this place is virtually unknown because its entrance is wedged between rocks, making it difficult to notice from the road bordering the island. This video fails to capture the deeply moving sensation of unexpectedly seeing the sea and sky after walking through uneven, rocky terrain. This breathtaking view is revealed through two openings situated in a cliff face, approximately three or four stories above the ocean.

Although the island features numerous caves, the three main ones receive the most visitors. Finding information about them is now effortless, thanks to tourists who, like us, share videos and photographs of these locations. Despite being a tiny island in the middle of the ocean, it offers a considerable number of tourist attractions.
